Managing Director

Rentzke started his corporate career working for ASLO Holdings as an Accountant, then moved to JHI Properties, managing the prestigious Capital & Fortress Property Fund’s Western Cape Portfolio and was later employed as the COO of Granite Real Estate Investment Management before joining Residentia Trust in 2017.

Head of Property

Anine discovered her passion for property management more than 15 years ago. She is an old hand to the industry of Sectional Title & Home Owners Association Scheme Management and her wealth of knowledge enables her to professionally advise and assist Property Owners, Trustees and Executive Committee Members with all their property needs.

With 22 years experience in the property management field, Petro has played an integral role in the growth and continuing success of the company. Petro is a finance specialist and ensures that we manage our client’s finances both legally and responsibly.

 

Trudie Oosthuizen

Trudie has been a valued member of the Residentia Trust team for many years, bringing with her extensive experience and a passion for excellence in property management. Trudie’s background includes a strong track record in operational leadership, financial oversight, strategic problem-solving and successful management of complex property portfolios. Trudie completed the Paddocks Sectional Title Management Course in 2019, equipping her with in-depth knowledge of the legal and financial aspects of sectional title management. Trudie is known for her proactive approach, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to create positive, collaborative environments within the communities she serves. We are confident that her expertise will further enhance the smooth and efficient management of every scheme.

Le Roux

Financial Manager

Aurburn, a Stellenbosch University alumnus, started his accounting career at BGR Alluviun Inc in Stellenbosch as a trainee accountant. He advanced to Accounting Manager and accumulated exceptional knowledge, competence and expertise as a professional accountant. He is analytical, detail-oriented, passionate about financial accounting, and focuses on customer satisfaction in every possible situation. Aurburn plays a major role in mentoring and managing the portfolio of accountants and financial support staff.

Leonie Wagenaar

Senior Portfolio Manager

Leonie joined the Sectional Title Industry in 2010 and have since built a strong track record as a dedicated and detail-oriented Portfolio Manager. With more than a decade of experience in managing Sectional Title Schemes and Homeowner’s Associations, she is deeply committed to ensuring compliance, financial sustainability, and transparent communication between trustees, owners, and service providers.

Her extensive knowledge of the Sectional Title Schemes Management Act and Management Rules enables her to provide sound guidance to governing bodies and residents. She is passionate about building well-managed communities through structured processes and proactive maintenance planning. Leonie is very focused on professionalism, empathy, and accountability and play a valuable role in mentoring her fellow portfolio Managers.

Mareike Geustyn

Financial Manager

Mareike is a Professional Accountant (SA) and proud SAIPA member with a BCOMPT FAC degree and over 10 years of working experience in the accounting field. She has built a well-rounded background in accounting and is known for her dependability, strong work ethic, and approachable nature. Passionate about accuracy, growth, and delivering excellent service, she strives to make a meaningful contribution to her team and to the continued success of Residentia Trust.

Natasha’s hospitality and serviced based background laid the perfect foundation for her career in property. With 12 years’ experience in the property industry, Natasha is fully equipped to provide Landlords, Investors and Tenants with an exceptional value offering and service experience. Property management is her passion, and Natasha enjoys attending training seminars,  analysing current market trends, and reading about the latest developments in legislations.

After completing a successful career in corporate banking I decided to take a sabbatical for a year during which I’ve written all the regulatory exams and registered as a property practitioner. I soon realized to be a top producing real estate agent requires great work ethic, coupled with a passion for people and real estate. Luckily I’m a person with a zest for life who has the determination and willingness to invest time and effort for long-term gains.

STEYN

Branch Manager (Paarl/Wellington)

Callie’s career began at PWC as trainee accountant and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), setting the foundation for his successful career. Thereafter He joined Val de Vie as Group Financial Manager, where he played a key role in the success of the most prestigious residential development in Africa. While consulting for various property developers in Africa, He established and turned PropCentral into a leading Managing Agent in the Winelands area. Propcentral merged with Residentia Trust on 01 August 2024, whereafter Callie joined the Residentia Trust Team.
